KP Studios where asked by KINELCO INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT to develop a face lift to their somewhat dated website, the brief was quite simple, create a ‘Content Managed’ website that takes two minutes to update, with as little effort as possible as they are to busy making games… “Oh ye, and we need it like yesterday… dude!”
Kinelco consists of a talented team who have been developing for the online games industry for over 10 years, their previous experience in the film and TV industry has also helped craft Kinelco into the creative force it is today.
Kinelcos first outing was with www.mohsye.com a portal for all their flash based games, the huge success of this site over the years lead to Kinelco developing with the (what was) ground breaking for its time, Shockwave 3d plug in, enabling the development of a whole manor of Internet based 3d content and opened up opportunities to working with some of casual gaming industries best including Reflexive arcade, Oberon Media, Big Fish games and Shockwave.com.
Kinelco’s recent and exiting move to develop with the currently ground breaking ‘Unity3D’ means they can continue to push the boundaries of the casual games industry not only on the PC and Mac but now also on the ever popular iPhone.
What KP Studios created was a full CMS website that enabled “KINELCO INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT” to add/delete/edit images and games as well as content, all within a browser based administration area.
